Your Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care, including modalities, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy Support daily documentation in a team setting Help patients stretch and exercise targeted muscle groups Read and apply Physical Therapist instructions for personalized care Guide patients through balance training and other therapeutic techniques Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling and paperwork Work closely with supervising Physical Therapists (indirect supervision preferred but not required)

What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited two-year Physical Therapist Assistant program Licensed as a PTA in the state of Pennsylvania Indirect supervision license preferred, not required Physical and mental capability to meet the job's physical demands
Physical Demand Requirements:
Manual dexterity and general physical endurance Regular lifting (5-35 lbs) and carrying (5-10 lbs over 40-50 ft) Routine pushing loads (5-150 lbs) on casters or pulleys Sustained gripping (1-2 minutes of 40-50 lbs) Ability to guard a lift load of 120-140 lbs
