Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your energy and dedication will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our chiropractic practitioners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative excellence within a fast-paced, health-focused environment. Your enthusiasm for health sciences and commitment to patient service will help create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes healing and well-being. We have 3 locations: Pottstown, Exton and Phoenixville. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure smooth clinic flow Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for chiropractic procedures Assist chiropractors during treatments Maintain detailed documentation of patient visits using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including medical history updates Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery outcomes Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling Qualifications Prior experience in medical settings preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a clinical environment Professional, dependable, and team-focused Knowledge of medical terminology a plus Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions to streamline clinic operations a plus Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in high-pressure environments
