Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence. Our state-of-the-art therapy department, nestled in a beautiful landscaped courtyard, is designed to promote healing and relaxation.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and goals Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, safety, and quality outcomes Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity

Requirements:
