Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist needed. The position requires an education in medical terminology (assisting the doctor with state-of-the-art equipment), computer skills, professional demeanor and a team attitude! Summary As a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient service and support. Utilizing your core skills in patient assessment, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge, you will assist in intake procedures and ensure smooth clinic operations. Your premium skills in time management and organization will help you handle administrative tasks efficiently. Additionally, your computer skills will be valuable in managing electronic health records and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Conduct patient intake by gathering necessary information and medical history. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Assess patient needs and provide appropriate support during their visit. Maintain organized patient records and manage appointment scheduling. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient clinic operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient service and clinic workflow.
Pay:
