Job Description

Join the Neighborhood Family Wellness Team Neighborhood Family Wellness is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant

+ Front Desk Administrator to become an important part of our team. This is more than a front-desk position. You'll be one of the first faces our patients see, help create an incredible experience from the moment they walk through our doors, and play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of our practice organized and moving. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, pays attention to details, takes initiative, and wants to take real ownership of their role. If you're someone who notices what needs to happen and gets it done, we want to meet you. What You'll Own As our Chiropractic Assistant

+ Front Desk Administrator, you'll help manage the daily patient experience and administrative flow of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming patients and creating an exceptional experience Checking patients in and out Managing scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and appointment changes Answering phones, texts, and patient questions Supporting new-patient onboarding and paperwork Collecting and processing patient payments Maintaining accurate patient information and administrative records Helping keep patient flow organized throughout the day Following up with patients as needed Supporting the doctors and clinical team during patient hours Keeping the front desk and patient-facing areas organized and ready Completing daily administrative responsibilities accurately and on time Learning and consistently following our systems and procedures Identifying problems, communicating them, and helping solve them Taking ownership of the details that keep the practice running smoothly Who We're Looking For You'll thrive at Neighborhood Family Wellness if you're someone who is naturally warm and confident with people while also being highly organized behind the scenes. You communicate clearly. You follow through. You can manage multiple moving pieces without becoming scattered. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what to do next. You notice what needs attention. You take initiative. You care about doing things well. And when you say you're going to handle something, your team knows it will be handled. What We Value We're looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and people skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Dependability and consistency A positive, professional presence Confidence working in a busy patient environment The ability to multitask while still making patients feel cared for Comfort using computers and learning new technology and systems A willingness to receive feedback, learn, and grow The ability to work collaboratively with doctors and other team members An interest in health, wellness, and helping families Initiative and a strong sense of personal responsibility Reliable transportation and flexibility Previous chiropractic, healthcare, medical front-desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus. Chiropractic experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person. Your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter just as much to us as your resume. Location & Schedule This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position based at Neighborhood Family Wellness in White Horse, PA . As our practice grows, this role may occasionally require working from additional Neighborhood Family Wellness locations in the surrounding area. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work between locations are required. Specific scheduling and location expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation & Growth Starting training rate: $16/hour This position begins at a probationary training rate while you learn our systems, patient experience standards, and the responsibilities of the role. Upon successful completion of the introductory training period, compensation will increase accordingly based on demonstrated competency, performance, and ability to independently own the responsibilities of the position. There will be additional opportunities for compensation growth as you demonstrate increased responsibility, performance, and ownership within the practice. We want someone who is looking for a place to grow, not simply their next short-term job. What Success Looks Like By the end of your training period, you should be able to confidently manage the core responsibilities of the front desk and patient experience, including: Creating a warm and professional patient experience Managing scheduling and patient communication accurately Confidently handling check-in and check-out Processing payments accurately Following our office systems and procedures consistently Keeping administrative details organized Communicating effectively with the doctors and team Handling routine responsibilities without constant direction Recognizing when something needs attention and taking appropriate action We'll provide the training. You'll bring the ownership. This Position Probably Isn't For You If... You're looking for a quiet receptionist position where you sit behind a desk and wait for someone to tell you what to do. Our practice moves. Patients need attention. Phones ring. Schedules change. Details matter. We need someone who can stay warm and present with our patients while staying sharp and organized operationally. You should want to become someone your patients, doctors, and teammates can count on. Why Neighborhood Family Wellness? We care deeply about the families we serve and the experience they have inside our practice. We also believe a great practice is built by a great team. You'll have clear expectations, training, systems, feedback, and opportunities to grow into greater ownership of your position. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of Neighborhood Family Wellness and what we're building next. How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short response answering the following questions: Why does working with Neighborhood Family Wellness interest you? What does an exceptional patient experience look like to you? Tell us about a time you noticed something needed to be done at work and handled it without being asked. Are you comfortable working between multiple office locations in the surrounding area if needed? We're excited to meet the next person who will help us take exceptional care of our patients and continue growing Neighborhood Family Wellness.
