Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients and is comfortable balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities. The Chiropractic Assistant will work closely with the doctor to ensure patients receive excellent care while also providing front desk support as needed. Our practice will be relocating to our new office at The Buck this fall, making this an exciting opportunity to join our team during a period of growth. Primary Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and therapy equipment for patients. Assist patients with prescribed therapies and rehabilitation exercises. Educate patients on doctor-prescribed at-home exercise programs. Monitor patients during therapies and answer basic questions. Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment between patients. Maintain an organized and welcoming clinical environment. Front Desk Responsibilities (As Needed) While this position is primarily clinical, the Chiropractic Assistant will occasionally provide front desk support when needed, such as covering for staff absences or assisting during busy periods.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting and checking in patients. Scheduling appointments. Answering phones and directing calls. Assisting with patient paperwork. Processing payments and other basic administrative tasks. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn therapy protocols and patient education techniques. Previous healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to assist patients with therapy equipment and exercises. What We Offer A supportive and team-oriented work environment.
