Pleasant Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Pleasant Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents through personalized rehabilitation services. Role Overview Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will help residents achieve goals related to mobility, strength, safety, and independence. Responsibilities Implement therapy plans and interventions established by the Physical Therapist. Guide residents through therapeutic exercise and functional mobility activities. Monitor treatment response and communicate updates to the care team. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Promote a positive, respectful resident experience. Qualifications Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and documentation skills.
