We are seeking a driven, professional, and sales-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. Position Overview This is not a traditional clinic role. This position combines patient care, mobile service delivery, and sales. You will operate independently in the field, delivering treatments, creating exceptional patient experiences, and converting patients into long-term care plans. Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Treatment Delivery
• Drive company vehicle to patient homes and locations
• Set up and operate treatment equipment

• Maintain clean, professional mobile setup

• Provide concierge-level service
• Build trust and strong relationships
• Educate patients on treatments and outcomes
• Sales & Conversion
• Conduct consultative conversations
• Present treatment plans and packages
• Close patients on care packages
• Handle objections professionally
• Scheduling & Retention
• Rebook patients
• Maintain care plan compliance
• Follow up with leads and past patients
• Documentation
• Complete EMR notes accurately
• Use iPad/tablet for scheduling and payments Minimum Requirements

• REQUIRED

  Active Chiropractic Assistant Certification (CCA)
• Comfortable driving daily to multiple locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Organized and self-motivated
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare setting
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Experience in concierge or hospitality-style service Compensation
• Hourly base: $18
