Deliver Physical Therapy treatments according to the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and assist with obtaining patient‑specific DME (mobility aids, wheelchairs, cushions, orthotics, adaptive equipment, etc.) Maintain accurate daily treatment records and progress notes as directed by the Physical Therapist Work with the Physical Therapist and clinical team to educate patients and caregivers on safe discharge planningRequirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Wisconsin PTA license/certification Current American Heart Association CPR certificationBenefits:
