a multi-specialty Medical Clinic where I was tasked with building a Physical Therapy program from the ground up. I decided from the start that I would do things differently … ALL our therapists would be given Respect and SUPPORT… I refused to lead a team that cared more about metrics than people. I also decided that we would treat patients in more of a 1-to-1 setting ... ... Not 1-to-3 or worse 1-to-Many. Patients started to trickle in, and they started to get better...QUICKER. . Next, I began to focus on growing our department. I hope that doesn't sound too cliché. Over the past few years, we have been able to help 1000s of local residents , grow our team (in both size and skill-sets), and even expand to a second PT campus. The key \"metrics\" we pride ourselves on are not volume, number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates . Most of our staff has been with us for 3+ years after hire , and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area. And for that, we are blessed to have such a great team both here at Healing Arts Center and at Countryside Health & Wellness. We are now looking for another Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. We strive to see all patients 1-1, no double bookings.
