We are currently seeking a fun, loving, and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy and upbeat office. The ideal candidate will assist the chiropractors in providing quality care to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the chiropractic office. What You'll Do Warmly greet and check patients in and out, creating a positive and welcoming environment Answer phones, texts, and emails to schedule appointments and assist patients Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable office environment Manage patients' payments and assist with basic billing tasks Educate patients about chiropractic care and help promote our services within the community Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms to highlight patient experiences, office culture, and educational wellness tips What We're Looking For Strong customer service and patient care skills Experience supporting patients in a clinical setting Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting Attention to detail and ability to follow directions carefully Positive attitude, coachability, flexibility, and an outgoing personality Interest in natural health and wellness If you are passionate about natural healing, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Chiropractic Assistant.
