Responsibilities As our Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by: Greeting and checking patients in and out Escorting patients to adjusting rooms Scheduling appointments and helping patients stay on track with their care plans Assisting the doctors with daily office flow Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service Maintaining an organized and welcoming front office Supporting your teammates wherever needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, compassionate, and outgoing Professional and dependable A strong communicator with excellent people skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and basic math Able to multitask in a busy environment A natural leader who takes initiative A team player with a positive attitude Passionate about health and wellness Great with children and families Previous customer service or healthcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Schedule This position is guaranteed 30+ hours per week with no weekends and early Fridays!
