Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Fleetwood Post Acute - Easley, SC $28-$35/hour | Full-Time About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. (k) with company match PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Supportive, team-oriented rehab environment Opportunities for growth within our therapy network Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic care that improves residents' mobility, strength, and overall function. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care according to established treatment plans Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and independence Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
