Assist chiropractors with patient procedures, including positioning, therapy applications, and basic insurance filing . Manage medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee daily office operations such as appointment scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and inventory management. Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and external healthcare entities to facilitate seamless care delivery. Ensure the clinic adheres to safety protocols, including infection control and emergency procedures related to hospital medicine or urgent care settings. Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellent patient service. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, pharmacology, and medical assisting practices. Experience with EMR/EHR systems, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records management. Familiarity with chiropractic treatment, basic insurance coding, therapies, etc., various similar experience will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Proficiency in patient treatment plans and ability to discuss insurance details with patients. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to manage medical office operations efficiently while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Previous employment experience is a huge plus.
