Position Overview We are hiring a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) who is upbeat, compassionate, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is critical to patient experience and clinic flow. You will be trusted with real responsibility and expected to perform at a high level. This is an ideal role for someone who wants more than "just a job" and is interested in long-term growth within a quickly growing grassroots healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for both clinical and front-office duties, including: Conducting new patient intakes, evaluations, and X-rays Educating patients on care plans and wellness recommendations Managing front desk operations, scheduling, and billing support Handling inbound and outbound patient phone calls Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the clinic Accurately entering and managing patient records and paperwork Supporting marketing events and community outreach initiatives Creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment Who You Are You are someone who brings structure, energy, and accountability to the room. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred, but excellence and work ethic matter more Strong communication and memorization skills Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy clinical environment Schedule and Compensation 30 to 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday only

Mon, Wed, Thurs:

8:30 AM to 6:30

PM Tuesday:

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Availability for a few summer weekends is required Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles with higher pay Full training provided.
