$25-$35/hr Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable shifts available PRN opportunities within the largest post-acute care network in South Carolina Supportive therapy team and leadership Beautiful work environment with modern amenities and outdoor spaces Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and therapy goals Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and resident outcomes accurately and timely Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes Participate in care conferences and team meetings as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Help residents achieve their highest level of function and independence Qualifications Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Licenses & Certifications Current South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing Must maintain all required continuing education requirements Must remain in good standing with the State Board What Makes You a Great Fit Compassion for an underserved population Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Dependable and flexible Passion for helping residents improve their mobility and quality of life We are an equal opportunity employer.
