This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both clinical work and helping a team run smoothly day-to-day. Our team provides patient-focused care through evidence-based physical therapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation services in a supportive and upbeat environment. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, reliable PTA to assist our Physical Therapist in delivering high-quality, hands-on care — and to be an active team member in daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment. Schedule 1-3 days per week (flexible scheduling available) Potential to expand hours as the clinic grows Responsibilities Assist licensed Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Contribute to a positive patient experience and team culture

Additional Clinic Support Duties May Include:

Answering phones and scheduling patients, when needed Assisting with patient flow between rooms Helping with general clinic upkeep and cleaning, when needed Supporting external community and marketing events Making follow-up phone calls to patients as needed Qualifications Current South Carolina PTA license (in good standing) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented personality Comfortable working with active adults and sports-related injuries Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($26-40/hour, based on experience) Supportive, low-stress team environment Opportunity for growth and additional hours Please do not call or visit the office regarding this position.
