This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both clinical work and helping a team run smoothly day-to-day. Our team provides patient-focused care through evidence-based physical therapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation services in a supportive and upbeat environment. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, reliable PTA to assist our Physical Therapist in delivering high-quality, hands-on care — and to be an active team member in daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment. Schedule 1-3 days per week (flexible scheduling available) Potential to expand hours as the clinic grows Responsibilities Assist licensed Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Contribute to a positive patient experience and team culture
