Duties "Chief Vibes Officer" (CVO) - you are are the captain of our good energy ship. You will help build authentic relationships that ensure trust and net promotion within our community Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system Verify patient insurance coverage, process medical billing, and manage collections accurately while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality policies Think and act quickly during busy times, making sure to keep the flow of the office steady Maintain and update patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation review standards and coding requirements like
CPT, ICD-10
Answer phone calls and text messages promptly using proper phone etiquette; provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries effectively Assist with intake procedures and office tours Support clinical staff with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing electronic health records (EHR) management Requirements Chiropractic, dental, physical therapy assistant work history and knowledge a plus Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Spreadsheets and typing accuracy for administrative tasks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical records management Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining compliance with clinical confidentiality policies. $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
