Join HomeGrown PT as our next Pediatric Physical Therapist or PT Assistant, and experience what true balance and purpose feels like. We're a therapist-led practice serving children and families throughout the Summerville area, and we're looking for a caring, self-driven therapist to become part of our growing team. We are a group of mobile providers, and provide in-home and community-based pediatric physical therapy services for children of all ages across Summerville and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do Provide high-quality, play-based treatment in home and community settings Deliver care in accordance with established plans of care Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation (daily notes, progress updates, and related forms) Build meaningful relationships with children and their families Collaborate with the supervising PT and care team to support each child's progress If you're looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and a team that genuinely values both clinical excellence and your well-being, we'd love to connect.
