Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Belle Fourche, SD . This role involves providing rehabilitative therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
