We are a thriving, high-energy chiropractic office seeking an enthusiastic and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring every patient has a positive experience.

Schedule:

Approximately 32 hours per week (may vary slightly for holidays or staff coverage)

Monday & Friday:

8:00 AM•12:00 PM, 1:00 PM•6:00

PM Tuesday & Thursday:

1:00 PM•6:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM•12:30 PM Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phone calls and emails Verify insurance and submit insurance forms Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Clean and prepare treatment rooms Assist with other office duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, well-groomed appearance Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required You do not need to have your Chiropractic Assistant Certification — we will cover the cost for you to complete this training.
