Located inside Carbon Performance, our clinic serves active adults, athletes, gym members, busy professionals, executives, and high-profile individuals who expect exceptional care, discretion, and results. This is not a traditional high-volume physical therapy position. Our model prioritizes one-on-one treatment, longer appointments, continuity of care, and highly personalized programming. Depending on the role, you may treat clients at our Franklin clinic or provide concierge mobile care in areas such as Leipers Fork, Belle Meade, and Green Hills. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, personable, proactive, and comfortable working with clients who value efficiency, privacy, and a premium healthcare experience. You should enjoy helping people move better, recover from injury, improve performance, and remain active at a high level. Responsibilities Deliver attentive, one-on-one physical therapy and performance-focused care in a private, client-centered environment. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments to identify pain drivers, mobility restrictions, strength deficits, and performance limitations, as permitted by your licensure and role. Develop or implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals, lifestyle, training demands, and schedule. Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, mobility training, corrective exercise, strength development, functional rehabilitation, and return-to-sport or return-to-activity programming. Work confidently with active adults, athletes, gym members, executives, and other high-performing individuals. Help clients transition from pain relief and rehabilitation into long-term strength, performance, and injury-prevention programming. Educate clients on home exercises, recovery strategies, movement habits, and sustainable wellness practices. Monitor client progress and adapt treatment sessions as goals and physical demands evolve. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in the clinic's EHR/EMR system. Communicate directly and professionally with clients while providing the responsiveness expected in a concierge-care environment. Collaborate with personal trainers, coaches, physicians, and other healthcare or performance professionals when appropriate. Protect client privacy and demonstrate excellent judgment when working with executives, public figures, and other high-profile individuals. Represent the clinic professionally within Carbon Performance and build positive relationships with gym members and the surrounding community. Provide mobile or in-home concierge sessions when scheduled, depending on position requirements. Qualifications and Experience Current Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant licensure and eligibility to practice in Tennessee. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, performance therapy, or a related setting is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation. Confidence treating orthopedic injuries, mobility restrictions, chronic pain, post-operative conditions, and performance-related concerns. Experience working with active adults, athletes, strength-training clients, or gym populations is highly desirable. Strong manual therapy, movement assessment, and exercise-based rehabilitation skills. Ability to provide polished, highly personalized care without relying on a high-volume treatment model. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with discerning clients. Professional appearance, emotional intelligence, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Comfort working independently while remaining collaborative, organized, and accountable. Familiarity with EHR/EMR documentation and professional clinical standards. Willingness to accommodate a degree of scheduling flexibility for concierge clients.
