Job Description
Abrahamson Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized part-time front desk assistant to join our Hendersonville team. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays on top of details, and wants to be part of a busy, patient-focused office — with real opportunity to grow into more hands-on patient care responsibilities as you prove yourself. What you'll do: Greet patients and check them in/out Answer phones and schedule appointments Handle patient paperwork and update records in our EHR (ChiroTouch) Collect co-pays, verify insurance, and process billing tasks Keep the front office running smoothly day to day Support our chiropractors and team with general office needs Room to grow: for the right person, opportunity to train on in-office therapies/modalities (including shockwave therapy) once you've shown you can handle the front desk and insurance side What we're looking for: A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Basic computer skills (EHR/scheduling software experience a plus, but not required — we'll train) Prior front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred but not required Sharp enough to pick up insurance/billing work — this is a big plus and opens the door to additional responsibilities (and pay) down the road
