Assist the Physical Therapist with tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures. Observe, record, and report resident responses and conditions to the Therapist. Maintain daily records and document treatment and progress notes as directed. Assist with consultations involving family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Support the care of therapy department equipment and participate in in-service programs and meetings. Access continuing education opportunities to maintain clinical competency. Participate in rehabilitation team conferences and other facility meetings. Adhere to company and facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality improvement programs. Perform other duties as assigned to provide quality care. Understand reimbursement and allocate therapy resources efficiently. Support the company's mission and maintain a professional image. Independently perform duties and recognize situations requiring direct supervision.
