  • Spanish Speaking Ortman Chiropractic | Memphis, TN | 40-43 hours per week | Monday-Friday Our mission is simple: help people in the Memphis community get out of pain, move better, and function at their best.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, dependable, and motivated Spanish-speaking Chiropractic Assistant to join our Memphis team. This is an important, hands-on, patient-facing role. You'll play a direct part in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our office continue to grow and serve more people in our community. What You'll Do As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll work closely with our doctors and team to support patients throughout their care.
Responsibilities include:
Performing patient therapies, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and decompression Demonstrating and assisting patients with prescribed exercises Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for during each visit Checking patients in and out Answering phones and assisting with scheduling Communicating with patients about their recommended plan of care and helping them stay consistent with treatment Supporting our doctors and team with the day-to-day flow of a busy office Don't have experience with every therapy listed above? That's okay. Training is provided on-site for all clinical and office duties. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
What We're Looking For Required:
Spanish-speaking/bilingual Outgoing and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day Genuine passion for helping others Positive, energetic attitude Dependable and responsible Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team Reliable transportation
Highly Preferred:
1+ year of experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or similar patient-care setting Preferred, but not required: Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification Schedule This is a full-time position averaging 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
