Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing friendly individual for long term employment who is efficient in running front desk operations at a busy holistic health care office, in addition to professionally assisting the doctors with patient care. This is a
PART-TIME
position, full time applications will not be considered. Requirement s include but are not limited to experience with chiropractic care (professionally or personally), effectively managing the patient and doctors' schedule, answering phones, patient collections, patient care, patient ledgers, and assisting doctors. Must have efficient computer skills, able to organize office work in a neat and orderly way as well as be able effectively multi-task. Previous Office experience is required. Computer skills and basic book keeping skills required. Must be available to work Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30a-5:30p and Tuesday/Thursday 1:00p-6:00p Must flexible with the above days and willing to work during the summers and all school holidays. Above are the only hours available, this isNOT A FULL TIME POSITION.
Applicants will not be considered who require full time hours. Weekly hours vary from 20-28 hours per week.Job Type:
