Job Overview:
We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic clinic. If you have a passion for working with children, enjoy a lively work environment, and are dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Greet patients with a smile, assist them through the check-in and check-out process, and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
Clinical Support:
Assist the chiropractor during patient appointments, including setting up for adjustments, taking patient histories, and conducting preliminary assessments.
Administrative Duties:
Handle scheduling, manage patient records, process insurance claims, and maintain an organized, efficient office environment.
Education and Guidance:
Educate patients and families about chiropractic care, wellness strategies, and home exercises to support their treatment plans.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Office Management:
Ensure the clinic is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, and assist with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Energetic and Positive Attitude:
A high-energy, enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with children and families.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Team Player:
Strong collaborative skills with a focus on contributing to a supportive and fun team atmosphere.
Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
