What You'll Do Provide individualized 1-on-1 care in two collaborative formats: PTA-led visits, where you manage the patient's full appointment, and PT/PTA shared visits (30:30), where you work with the patient for part of an appointment under the PT's plan of care Carry out and progress individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising PT Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and exercise-based rehabilitation Provide appropriate hands-on treatment and patient education Work with orthopedic and active populations focused on recovery, performance, and longevity Communicate with the PT team regarding patient progress, response to treatment, and plan of care Document patient care accurately and efficiently Who We're Looking For ✔ Physical Therapist Assistant, Licensed in Texas ✔ Strong interest in orthopedics, movement quality, and active rehabilitation ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Team-oriented and growth-minded ✔ Passion for helping patients move and feel better Experience working with runners or active populations is a plus, but not required.
