Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our rehabilitation team and support patients through their recovery journey. In this role, you will work closely with chiropractors and rehabilitation specialists to assist with therapeutic exercises, educate patients on rehabilitation techniques, and ensure the smooth operation of the therapy department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in guiding patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapies. Educate patients on proper stretching, strengthening, and posture-improving techniques. Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas before and after patient use. Monitor patients during exercises to ensure safety and proper technique. Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment progress as directed by the chiropractor. Provide support with passive therapies (e.g., electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy). Ensure a clean, organized, and professional rehabilitation environment. Communicate effectively with chiropractors and other healthcare providers about patient progress. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries. Promote a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation exercises is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
