Responsibilities include:
Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a PT Implementing individualized treatment plans Addressing strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional needs Monitoring resident progress and response to treatment Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies Communicating resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT Completing timely and accurate documentation Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team What We're Looking For Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license In good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Net Health experience is a plus Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence At FPACP, we take pride in our culture and our ROCKIN recognition program, ROCKStar (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness) .
