We have one positions available; 1 - PTA Duties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments and patient needs. Perform manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve function. Conduct physical therapy treatments utilizing appropriate medical equipment and therapeutic modalities. Accurately document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge plans in compliance with medical documentation standards. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and documentation protocols. Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a PTA in accordance with state regulations. Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment documentation and medical terminology comprehension. Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, orthopedics, and physiology knowledge. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and patients in inpatient or outpatient settings. Familiarity with medical equipment operation and electronic health records management. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, caregivers, and healthcare team members. Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities, home health services, or acute care environments is highly desirable.
