If you love helping people, enjoy working with others, can handle a fast-paced environment, and like having a job where every day is a little different, this could be a great fit. At Bell District Spine and Rehab, we believe our job is about more than treating patients — we get to help people feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things they love. That's what makes this work so rewarding. The Schedule Monday
- Thursday 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM 2:00 PM
- 6:00 PM We're closed Fridays, so you get a long weekend every week!
What You'll Be Doing Greeting patients with a friendly, positive attitude and making them feel welcome Scheduling and managing appointments Answering phones and helping patients with questions Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their coverage Assisting with insurance claims, claim follow-up, and insurance-related paperwork Communicating with insurance companies when needed to resolve questions or issues Keeping patient records accurate and confidential Helping patients get set up on therapy machines and other treatments Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly Helping the doctor and the rest of the team wherever needed Jumping between tasks as patient flow changes throughout the day Most importantly, helping create a great experience for every patient who walks through our door This Is NOT a Sit-Behind-the-Desk Job Some parts of the day are calm and relaxed. Then, suddenly, we can go from 0 to 100 mph — and back to zero just as quickly. You need to be comfortable with that. There may be times when the phone is ringing, a patient needs help, someone is checking in, another patient is ready for treatment, an insurance issue needs attention, and the doctor needs something — all at the same time. You'll need to be able to prioritize, multitask, stay calm, and keep moving without getting overwhelmed. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter . If you see something that needs to be done, we want you to take care of it rather than waiting for someone to tell you. Reliability Is a BIG Deal Being on time and showing up consistently is required. We are a small team, and every person matters. When someone is late or unexpectedly misses work, it affects the entire team and our patients. We need someone who understands that being dependable is part of the job — not an extra perk. If you're the type of person who shows up on time, ready to work, and can be counted on when your team needs you, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish

Why You'll Love Working Here We have a fun, supportive environment where we work hard, laugh a lot, and take what we do seriously — especially when it comes to our patients. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to help people who are hurting get better and get back to the activities and life they enjoy.
