First things first:

this is NOT a slow-paced front desk job. When we're busy, we are BUSY. Our clinic moves fast, and there will be times when you're answering the phone, checking in a patient, scheduling another patient, helping someone with therapy, answering a question, and remembering the three other things you need to do next — all at the same time. Some days can feel like things are running just a little bit out of control — and we need someone who thrives in that environment rather than gets overwhelmed by it. Then, when things slow down, you have to be able to switch gears and become extremely detail-oriented — catching up on paperwork, scheduling, records, follow-ups, and all the little things that keep a busy clinic organized. If you love staying busy, helping people, multitasking, laughing with your coworkers, and going home feeling like the day flew by, you may be a great fit. Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-6:30 PM YES —

YOU GET FRIDAYS OFF!

That means a three-day weekend every week. Because we operate with a small, efficient team, reliability is extremely important. When someone unexpectedly calls out sick, it has a major impact on the entire clinic and can crush our productivity for the day. We understand that legitimate illness and emergencies happen, but we need someone who takes attendance and dependability seriously. What You'll Be Doing Greeting patients and creating a friendly, welcoming experience Checking patients in and out Answering phones while handling other responsibilities Scheduling and managing appointments Helping patients with questions Setting patients up on therapy equipment and assisting with treatments Maintaining accurate patient records Keeping treatment areas organized and ready Handling multiple tasks and interruptions without losing track of what needs to get done Jumping in wherever needed to keep the clinic moving Who Does Well in This Job? We're looking for someone who: Can seriously multitask Works well under pressure Likes a fast-moving environment Doesn't need to be told every little thing that needs to happen Can prioritize when five things need attention at once Is friendly and comfortable talking with people all day Is dependable and shows up ready to work Can move quickly without becoming careless Pays attention to details when things settle down Has a positive attitude and works well with a team Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems Genuinely enjoys helping people Experience Chiropractic experience is NOT required.
