True Light Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for someone exceptional to grow with us. This is not a traditional front-desk position. We're looking for someone who naturally connects with people, moves quickly, notices what needs to happen before being asked, and takes real ownership of their role. You'll be one of the first people our patients meet and one of the people they interact with most. Your energy, communication, attention to detail, and ability to execute directly impact their experience in our office. We care deeply about what we're building, and we're looking for someone who wants that level of ownership too. What You'll Own You'll help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call forward, including: Creating a warm, confident first impression for new and existing patients Scheduling and coordinating patient care while keeping the office running efficiently Communicating clearly with patients about appointments, next steps, and follow-ups Recognizing problems and taking initiative to solve them Performing CLA Insight Scans when needed after completing in-office training Supporting community events, outreach, and practice growth Helping maintain the energy, organization, and standard of the office Looking for ways to make the patient experience and our systems better You'll Probably Thrive Here If... You're the person who sees something that needs to be done and handles it. You genuinely enjoy people. You're expressive, warm, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers. You're also organized enough to follow through after the conversation ends. You move quickly, learn quickly, and don't need constant reminders to complete what you own. Feedback doesn't scare you. You want to know how you can improve. You care about doing excellent work, even when nobody is watching. You can handle a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and a great attitude. Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

8:15am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm

Tuesday:

2:30pm-6:30pm Monday team meeting: 1:30pm-2:30pm Please make sure this schedule works consistently for you before applying.
