This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing patient interactions, and supporting the daily operations of the chiropractic clinic. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing forms Support the chiropractic team with clerical duties as needed to facilitate smooth clinic operations Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred but not required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle phone communication professionally and efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding patient care Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus This position offers an engaging work environment where your interpersonal skills will directly contribute to patient satisfaction and overall clinic success.
