• $45•50 per visit•El Paso, TX Transmountain Therapy is a locally owned home health therapy contract group in El Paso that has been running for 3+ years, with 30+ therapists in our network.

We're hiring licensed PTAs for flexible 1099 PRN home health work across El Paso County. We need PTAs most right now in Northeast and Central El Paso. Pay $45

• 50 per visit At a full-time pace (20-30 visits a week), that's about $900
• 1,500 a week before taxes Paid on time, every pay period, by direct deposit What you'll do Treat home health patients under a supervising PT's plan of care Document visits in the EMR on your phone (we'll walk you through it) Communicate with the supervising PT and the patient's care team Teach patients and families their home exercise programs What we offer A flexible 1099 schedule: full-time, part-time or true PRN Pick your zones and days: Northeast, Central, Northwest, West, Far East, Mission Valley, Horizon City or Socorro Steady visit volume from established home health agency partners Onboarding, scheduling and pay handled through our own platform, HomeHealthSync, not spreadsheets and group texts A direct line to the owner, a fellow clinician, not a recruiter First patient visit usually within 3-7 business days of applying Requirements Active Texas PTA license Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation Auto insurance (state minimums) A smartphone for documenting visits in the field Current professional liability insurance Nice to have BLS/CPR certification, or willing to get it Home health experience.
