Provide telehealth‑based follow‑up care to increase accessibility for patients who require remote support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Respond appropriately in emergency situations using BLS and CPR protocols. Communicate effectively with culturally diverse patient populations , ensuring trust, clarity, and compliance with treatment plans.
