Lead Chiropractic Assistant Frisco, TX | CTC Chiropractic We are looking for someone who people rely on to keep things running. Do you like being engaged, staying organized, and making an impact? If so, you will probably enjoy this position. This is very different from your traditional front desk or receptionist position. You'll be leading the front office in real time, a Leader. That looks like keeping the day on track, guiding the team, and making sure patients have a great experience. If you've been a lead, supervisor, or manager and you're the person this might be the role for you.

Daily Responsibilities:

Run the front office during patient hours Keep the schedule full and on track Guide and direct front desk team members Solve problems as they happen Help patients stay consistent with care Keep the energy of the office positive and organized We call this role internally: "Boss of Today." You lead during the day : Team direction Flow of the office Real-time decisions Patient days are full and fast-paced, so we focus your time where it matters most. We've designed this role to be high-impact without burnout . Compensation Starting Pay $23.00 per hour Team members have opportunities to: Earn quarterly performance bonuses by achieving their individual KPI scorecard and maintaining CTC leadership standards.
