Therapy Exclusive is urgently hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for home health visits in Garland, Mesquite, and surrounding East Dallas areas . We currently have patient referrals available and are looking for reliable PTAs who want competitive per-visit pay, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work close to home.

URGENT NEED

Garland Mesquite East Dallas and surrounding areas Applicants who can cover Garland and/or Mesquite will receive priority consideration. What You'll Do As a Home Health PTA, you will provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes under the direction and plan of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include:

Provide skilled PTA treatment visits in patients' homes Follow the Physical Therapist's established plan of care Therapeutic exercise and strengthening Gait, balance, and transfer training Patient and caregiver education Home exercise program instruction Monitor and communicate changes in patient status Coordinate with the supervising PT and clinical team Complete accurate and timely documentation Help patients improve mobility, safety, and independence at home Qualifications Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable and organized Ability to travel within your selected territory Home health experience preferred Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred About Therapy Exclusive Therapy Exclusive is a therapist-owned and operated therapy contracting company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community since 2017.
