Job Overview Join our dynamic chiropractic team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, where your energy and organizational skills will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and seamless clinic operations. In this engaging role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling and patient intake while supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Verify insurance coverage, including health insurance knowledge related to Medicare, coding, and HIPAA compliance standards Collect and review patient documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for clinical records and billing purposes Assist with therapy and notes for chiropractors Assist with medical billing and coding processes Maintain organized medical records and electronic health records (EHR) management while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies Support clinical staff with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, phone communication using multi-line phone systems, and appointment reminders Requirements Proven experience in medical or chiropractic office settings or as receptionist with strong clerical skills and a team-oriented focus Familiarity with ChiroTouch is highly preferred Knowledge of chiropractic terminology, health insurance procedures, and documentation review processes Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including typing, filing, and basic computer skills Prior clinical experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific software platforms Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing compassionate support and efficient administrative service. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
