Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on clinical care and mobility training to patients in their homes. Follow and execute individualized plans of care under PT supervision. Educate patients and caregivers on safe home exercise programs. Complete timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations. Qualifications Active Texas PTA License (Required). Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Valid Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a major plus (Preferred but not required). Full-Time Benefits $40 - $55/hr base rate.
