Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time & Per Diem Rambling Oaks Courtyard Extensive Care Community 112 Barnett Drive, Highland Village, TX 75077 Join Our In-House Subacute Rehabilitation Team! Rambling Oaks Courtyard Extensive Care Community is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team . We are hiring for Full-Time and Per Diem opportunities. If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence, we'd love to welcome you to our collaborative rehabilitation team. Working alongside experienced Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll provide individualized treatment that helps residents achieve their highest level of function in a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence. Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies. Accurately document treatment sessions in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing. Experience in skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, or geriatrics is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
