The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in implementing treatment plans for patients. This role is vital in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through effective rehabilitation techniques. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized care plans for patients. Provide hands-on patient care, including administering therapeutic exercises, strengthening, modalities, etc. Utilize different techniques to address specific patient needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families about exercises, home care routines, and overall health management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology to enhance patient interactions. Proactive and positive attitude. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide high-quality patient care.
