Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team that is fluent in Spanish. Our office has many Spanish speaking patients, so fluency in Spanish is required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our chiropractors, clinic director, and enhancing the patient experience. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping others. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with patient care, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries. Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments as needed. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and coding for insurance purposes. Translate for non English speaking patients. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Experience Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Familiarity with office management tasks including scheduling, billing, and coding is advantageous.. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
