Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) HSM Staffing | Up to $1,800 Per Week | 13-Week Assignments | Multiple Texas Locations Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant looking for competitive pay, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a leading network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities?

HSM Staffing is recruiting experienced PTAs for exciting 13-week assignments across multiple Texas locations. These opportunities allow you to gain valuable experience, explore different communities, and potentially transition into a permanent role with one of our participating facilities. What We Offer Earn up to $1,800 per week 13-week assignment opportunities Consistent scheduling and hours Opportunity for permanent placement Supportive therapy leadership and clinical teams Multiple facility locations throughout Texas Daily Pay available Benefits available for eligible employees What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence Implement individualized treatment plans Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals and progress Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Texas PTA license in good standing Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to travel within assigned regions as needed Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care About HSM Staffing HSM Staffing connects talented therapy professionals with opportunities throughout a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
