Document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning accurately in electronic health records (EHR) following clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to explain treatment procedures, progress expectations, and home exercise programs. Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards and ensure all medical documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Experience Prior inpatient or outpatient experience in physical therapy or skilled nursing facilities is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and patients in acute care or home health settings. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Familiarity with clinical assessment documentation, discharge planning processes, and medical documentation standards. Hands-on experience operating physical therapy equipment and managing electronic health records (EHR). Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds while maintaining compassionate care. Previous exposure to outpatient clinics or skilled nursing environments will be considered an asset.
