Job Description

Be the Face of Texas Injury Chiropractic - McAllen ! We're looking for an organized, personable, and proactive Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to manage patient scheduling, records, and daily clinic operations. If you love keeping things running smoothly, working with people, and being an essential part of a healthcare team — apply now and join our mission of helping patients feel their best! As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you'll be the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure patient compliance
  • Address and follow up on missed appointments and noncompliance issues
  • Enter billing charges and chart notes accurately into the medical records system
  • Manage patient files and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient needs promptly
  • Crosstrain to assist in the therapy area when necessary
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred (will train the right person)
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, professional communication style
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
