Requirements Valid certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with current licensure or registration where applicable. Proven experience working in home health settings, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, or similar environments—preferably with geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, or acute care populations. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy and outpatient treatment modalities. Familiarity with clinical assessment documentation standards and medical documentation practices within electronic health records (EHR). Ability to operate medical equipment safely and effectively during therapy sessions.
