Qualifications:
Proficient in utilizing technology for communication and essential job functions
Education:
Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of physical therapy assistant
Licensure:
Current Texas State License to practice physical therapy
Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in home health.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Provide coordinated physical therapy to patients of all ages under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist Perform services as planned, delegated, and supervised by the PT Utilize effective interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients and their families Complete documentation accurately and promptly Implement infection control and standard precautions during patient care activities to prevent contamination and disease transmission Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence Meet mandatory continuing education requirements and participate in in-service programs Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
