About the Role This is a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant position. You'll work closely with patients and doctors to: Manage check-in, scheduling, and phone communication Help maintain smooth clinical flow by guiding patients through their visits Prepare patients for treatment Collect accurate patient information and documentation Verify insurance benefits and ensure accuracy in patient accounts Expertly maintain clinic schedule Present care plans clearly and confidently Process payments and maintain financial accuracy Assist with monitoring clinic supplies and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Explain procedures and care plans in a calm, confident, and caring way Ensure patients feel comfortable, seen, and well cared for Reliably commute between all 3 of our offices: Arlington, Fort Worth, and North Richland Hills. (Your regular schedule will be set after training is over, but flexibility is expected if cover in one of the other clinics is needed). This role matters—a lot. You are often the bridge between a nervous or uncertain patient and a great experience. Your presence, consistency, and attention to detail directly shape how people feel in our office. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, including chiropractic, dental, medical, or similar environments.
